I’m a speaker and a storyteller … with a purpose
I know what it feels like to struggle with speaking. I started as an introvert with severe stage fright, anxiety and panic attacks. Through practice, training and deep inner work, I went from fearing public speaking to becoming a District Champion of Impromptu Speaking and building a business helping others find their voice.
Today, I help leaders, teams and business owners become confident, engaging and impactful communicators.
My sessions combine storytelling, humour, practical tools and business insight, so audiences do not just feel inspired in the room. They leave knowing what to do next.
